Fairmont Golden Prague’s upcoming food and beverage programme brings together a diverse calendar of culinary experiences across its restaurants and bars. From Josper-grilled specialities and seafood at Greenhouse to the signature THE Fairmont Brunch at Kafka Brasserie, the programme moves through seasonal dining, family gatherings and distinctive evenings overlooking Prague. This season also introduces new daytime experiences at restaurants traditionally associated with evening dining, such as the 12 O’Clock Affair at Zlatá Praha and Baikingu at Golden Eye.

Highlights also include Tokyo Night Dare at Golden Eye and the 4-Hands Dinner with Maroš Jambor and two-MICHELIN-Starred Chef Andreas Döllerer at Zlatá Praha. As the season progresses, the programme transitions into festive dining, with Christmas dinners, Advent brunches and New Year’s Eve celebrations across the hotel.
